ShipShield Insurance covers theft, damage, and loss of items during transit.
In the event of damage, you must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the item. You also need to provide photos of the damage to the item. We will process a return label and once we received the original shipment we will ship a replacement of the damaged item.
In the event of a lost package, you must inform us in writing by email or chat within 24 hours of the indicated "delivery" status on the tracking.
Claims must be reported within 24 hours of the expected delivery date.

Coverage Limitations: The insurance coverage is limited on the maximum reimbursement of a value not exceeding the order value.
