Miele Complete C3 Carpet & Pet Vacuum Cleaner

The Miele Complete C3 Carpet & Pet is a lightweight, German-made bagged canister vacuum for homes with hard floors, looped or thin cut-pile carpet, rugs, and low amounts of pet hair. You get an air-driven turbo brush for soft surfaces and a combination floor brush for everything else.

Pet hair and fine dirt settle into rugs and low carpet, and a plain floor brush can only do so much with them. The turbo brush gives you a spinning brush roll on those surfaces, powered by the vacuum's own suction. When you reach bare floor, you switch tools and keep going with the same quiet 1200-watt machine.

Highlights

• STB 305-3 turbo brush: a lightweight, air-driven carpet tool. You can adjust the brush roll speed to go easy on delicate rugs
• SBD 365-3 combination floor brush: made for hard floors and low-pile carpet, and it switches easily between the two
• 6 suction settings by foot: change power with a quick click, without bending down
• 36-foot operating radius: a 24-foot cord with automatic rewind lets you clean more of the house from one outlet
• 4.5-litre bag with full-bag indicator: you change the bag when the vacuum tells you, not when you guess
• Telescopic wand and three onboard tools: set the wand to your height, and keep the dusting brush, crevice tool and upholstery tool on the machine
• Bumper strip and parking system: protects your furniture from bumps and gives you a place to park the wand during pauses or for storage

Who it's for

• Homes with mostly hard floors, plus rugs or looped or thin cut-pile carpet
• Households with a pet that leaves low amounts of hair
• Anyone who wants a full-size bagged canister that is still easy to carry around, at 12 lbs

Thicker cut-pile carpet or a heavy shedder at home? Despite the name, this is not the right machine for that. Call 1-877-220-5656 or visit our showroom and we'll make sure you're buying the right vacuum.

FAQs

• Does the Miele Complete C3 Carpet & Pet have an electric powerhead?
No. It comes with the STB 305-3 turbo brush, which is air-driven. The vacuum's suction spins the brush roll, and the hose and handle are non-electric. It is a lightweight tool that suits looped carpet, thin cut-pile carpet and rugs.
• How much pet hair can it handle?
Low amounts. The name says Pet, but this machine is built for a light shedder, not a heavy one. If you have lots of hair or thicker carpet, call or visit our showroom and we'll help you choose the right vacuum for your home.
• Is it safe for hard floors and delicate rugs?
Yes. Use the SBD 365-3 combination floor brush on hard floors and low-pile carpet. For delicate rugs, use the turbo brush and adjust the brush roll speed down.
• Is Vacuum Warehouse an authorized Miele service centre?
Yes. We are a Miele authorized service and warranty centre in Canada, so you have a real place to go if your vacuum ever needs help. Your warranty is honoured in Canada.
• What is the warranty on the Complete C3 Carpet & Pet?
You get a free 5-year warranty on parts and labour, which covers the parts, components and attachments included with the machine. The motor has a free 7-year warranty, which includes the labour to repair or replace it.
• How often do I change the bag and filters?
Change the 4.5-litre bag when the full-bag indicator tells you to. Filters need changing once a year, and they are always included when you purchase bags, so there is nothing extra to track down.
