For unopened items, we'll refund the full purchase price and give you a 10% credit towards your next purchase (excluding sale items). Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
**Please Note:**
- Non-stocked special order items, bulk purchases (over 5 items), air purifiers, parts, accessories, and coffee machines cannot be returned.
- Contact us before returning any order. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment.
- Outbound shipping costs, including promotional shipping, and return shipping costs will not be refunded.
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the product(s) and process your refund if they are in original condition.
