Where can I drop off my vacuum?
You are welcome to drop your vacuum off at our Markham Warehouse at 14-400 Esna Park, Markham, Ontario. No appointment needed.
What If I need to ship my vacuum to you?
We provide a prepaid shipping label. Just pack your vacuum and drop it off at a nearby Canada Post or Shoppers Drug Mart.
What happens after I ship my vacuum?
Once we receive it, our factory-trained technicians will diagnose the issue and send you a detailed estimate. If you approve the repair, we’ll fix and ship your vacuum back to you.
What if I don’t want the repair
If you decide not to go ahead, we can either return your vacuum or apply the $50 diagnostic fee toward a new model.
How long does it take?
Most repairs are completed and shipped back within 3–5 business days after we receive your machine.
