Which method do you use for free shipping?

We primarily use Canada Post Regular Parcel for free shipping. Orders over $100 require a signature.

How long will it take for my package to arrive with free shipping?

Delivery times vary based on the shipping address:

  • Ontario and Quebec (Montreal): 2-3 business days
  • BC and Alberta: 4-5 business days
  • Other provinces: 3-4 business days

What if no one is home to accept the package?

For orders over $100 requiring a signature, if no one is present, the package will be sent to the nearest Canada Post location. A notice will be left with the pickup details.

Returns and Warranty

What if I want to return the vacuum?

No problem! We offer a 100% money-back guarantee within 30 days of purchase. To qualify for a refund, items must be in their original condition with no foul smells, broken parts, or missing pieces, and returned in the original box.

Vacuum Warranty Questions

What happens if the vacuum needs warranty work? Do I have to send it back to you?

No, you don't. Our manufacture warranties are nationwide, and you can take your vacuum to any warranty center in Canada.

What if there's no warranty center near me?

There are two types of warranty work:

  1. Part replacement: Call us with your order number and the unit's serial number. We'll process the warranty and ship the new part to you free of charge.
  2. Service: If required, you can ship the vacuum to us for warranty work, and we'll send it back to you.

What is not covered under warranty?

Misuse, such as vacuuming liquids, using the vacuum without a bag or filters, using non-original bags and filters, or clogging the vacuum with large objects (socks, toys, etc.).

Purchasing Questions

Is your online checkout system secure?

Absolutely. Our checkout page uses the latest security features. Look for "HTTPS://" in our URL to verify the security.

What tax rate do you charge?

Sales taxes are based on the billing and shipping address. Our system automatically adjusts for provincial taxes. We do not charge PST for BC and Quebec customers.

What if I find a better price?

We price match! Just provide us with a link to the same product being sold at a lower price. Market place (ie facebook) or previously owned models not included.

Do you sell used or refurbished vacuums or parts?

No. All items we sell are brand new in their original boxes.
