Check your floor manufacturer's care instructions first. Three water levels let you dial the moisture down for wood and up for a dirty kitchen floor.
• Does it vacuum and wash at the same time?
  No. You vacuum first with the SEB 430 XXL electrobrush, then swap to the AquaTwister to wash. The AquaTwister's rotating pads scrub with water and cleaning solution dispensed from its 300 ml tank, so the dust container stays dry.
• How long does the battery last, and can I mop and vacuum on one charge?
  Up to 70 minutes with the PowerUnit on its own, and about 38 minutes on low or 15 minutes on high with a powered attachment such as the electrobrush or AquaTwister. Miele rates it for roughly 160 m² (1,722 sq. ft.). A full charge takes about 4 hours and the battery is replaceable.
• What maintenance does it need?
  Empty the 0.5 L Twist2open container after vacuuming. After washing, empty the AquaTwister tank and remove the pads; they machine-wash at up to 60°C (140°F) and go back on. The HEPA Lifetime Filter is designed to last the life of the vacuum, so there are no filters or bags to buy. You will need floor cleaning solution over time, and spare pads are handy.
