If you are looking for a powerful, durable commercial/industrial canister vacuum, perfect for any dry application with commercial carpets and bare floors. The Centaur SL-3 vacuum cleaner is built to withstand the most rigorous use. Ideal for vacuuming hard floors and low pile carpets, this vacuum is best for tough jobs in janitorial companies, construction job sites, factories, shops, schools, government buildings, hotels, and hospitals. With a 12 litre (3 gal) dust capacity, a powerful 1030 watt motor, and a durable, 10 ft long 1.5" diameter hose, this commercial/industrial vacuum can handle any dirt from any surface. Many of the Centaur machines made in the 1970s are still in use. The long life expectancy is because Centaur uses metal components instead of plastic. The motor housing, casters, intake nozzle, and latches are all made of metal. The SL-3 is portable and very easy to roll on Bare floors and commercial carpets. All Centaur vacuums are equipped with double ball-bearing casters, where most vacuums in this category are made with plastic parts.
