The Miele Triflex HX2 Pro is Miele's top-of-the-line cordless stick vacuum, built in Germany with a 3-in-1 body that converts between Comfort, Reach, and Handheld modes. In Comfort mode the motor unit sits low beside the floorhead, so the weight comes off your wrist and the vacuum stands up on its own.
Nearly every stick vacuum hangs its motor and dust bin at the top of the handle. You end up holding that weight in your wrist and shoulder for the whole clean, and because it rides high the machine feels tippy and wants to fall the moment you let go. The Triflex comes apart and reassembles three ways, and in Comfort mode the motor unit mounts down by the floorhead instead. The weight sits low where the floor carries it rather than your arm, so you steer the vacuum instead of holding it up, it feels planted underfoot instead of top-heavy, and it stands upright on its own when you set it down.

I love the freedom Of movement this technology allows. A bit disappointed in battery charge but having the second battery available helps. Perhaps Miele will come out with a more lasting alternative that will still work with models like the one I purchased. However, that issue aside I loved working with your company especially how you reassured me when the delivery was delayed.

Like how handy it is as a small upright. Sufficient power even In eco mode for picking up floor dust and debris. Other functions not good. Power unit malfunctions if try to move it to top position. Also sucks on rugs. Still good for our purposes for floors.

We have had the vacuum for a month now and love it! It is powerful and picks up the fine stuff easily. Like most the human hair will wrap on the brush but the easily removable brush makes clean up easy. We really like the adjustable system where the main motor can be moved so the weight is not all at the handle end, especially for those with arthritis.

I've been using my miele for almost a month now and absolutely love it. I have a dog that sheds and my house is 950sqft of tile and hardwood. The vacuum is powerful and quiet and the 2 batteries, charger, mounting hardware are all awesome. The vacuum can stand on its own but easily hangs up in my laundry closet and is a great space saver. It's powerful and I have no issues with dog hair or grass and sand that get into the house. The canister is small but for a small house I can get away with emptying once, and can do the whole house on one battery on high suction. Easy to assemble, versatile and manueverable. I love it.
I purchased a Miele Triflex HX2 vacuum on line from Vacuum Warehouse. After I ordered it I got looking at the Mielle Triflex HX2 Pro and the addition accesaries that come with it. I called Vacuum Warehouse right away and spoke to a gentlemen and got his opinion about the two models (both were on sale). He explained for spending $150 more I was getting over $350 in extra accessaries (extra battery and different brush for floor tool). He made the changes on my order no problem and within a couple of days we had our new vacuum. Both my wife and I really like the HX2 Pro. Great Customer service.

Excellent cordless stick vacuum. Well made and easy to put together. I was shocked as to the amount of dirt it picked up and I vacuumed prior with our old machine. Better quality than Dyson in my opinion. Recieved excellent advice prior to purchasing.
I have the Scout vacuum, the Robot and now this. I have 5 dogs. Love this as it gets in the corners and the front light is very bright. Only 15 minutes per charge so now run it on Eco mode. The 2nd battery is great. This will be great for the stairs as balancing my big vacuum on the step while vacuuming was becoming challenging. Excellent products.

Top choice Just like my 26 years old Miele washer and dryer, this Miele HX2 vacuum is another fantastic product. The light weight, the high suction and the great filtration were the reasons I purchased this vacuum. We also have a Miele canister vacuum for over 15 years at the cottage that gets used almost everyday by our kids and their family. We have a central vacuum here at our house and this new Miele cordless is a great add on to our main central vacuum. I use this miele on hardwood and rugs all the time. The long and heavy central vac hose is annoying to pull out for little cleaning. I love the miele quiet operation and its headlight. I use it at night even in dark after my kid is sleep, it won't bother her and I vacuum in dark with it,s nice led light. You can make it to 3 different shapes which is amazing. The battery last long. We have a cat that sheds a lot. The cup fills fast and you need to empty it almost every few days. My hose is cleaner and my hands and shoulders are not tired anymore after vacuuming. I recommend Miele to every one and I do this with over 25 year of personal experience with this German company.
Better than other brands To all Dyson owners, just get the rid of that Dyson and buy this Miele. I did that. This Triflex is a real deal. It works just like a fine German car. Everything is well designed and well built. The unit has almost no weight on your hand, the suction is more the sound is less and the HEPA filtration makes your house feel crisp. My rooms are spotless. The second soft roller brush works amazing on my hardwood floors. I also use it in my car in a hand-held position. The bucket is easy to empty. My old Dyson had to be always on heavey position which I hated. I always had hand and shoulder ache. The light on this Miele power head makes dark places bright. And there is no need to make holes on your wall to hang and charge it. This is a self standing unit. Got 5 Year warranty. Love it
Go for it If the price was under 1000.00 I would give it a 5 star review. There is nothing more you can ask from a battery operated vacuum. It comes with 2 batteries so you can run it back yo back. The unit becomes much lighter in the comfort configuration so ours is always in that mode. The low suction is more than enough for everything that you throw at it. The light is useful and it makes you chase the small things on floors and under furnitures. Second charger is also very handy as you always have a second battery on the charge. HEPA filter makes your indoor air, allergy free and crisp. I really use it with joy.
Very happy customer I bought the Triflex HX2 2 months ago and I can say that It is a very nice vacuum! The soft brush roll is perfect on my expensive hard floors. The suction is great. I have a dog with long hair that sticks to everything. This vacuum picks it up as easily as my main Miele canister vacuum. The headlight is also awesome. I can see all the fur as I'm cleaning. This model came with a 2nd battery. So, that is helpful. This vacuum is way better than the cordless Dyson I bought last year. I'm very happy with Triflex HX2!
Better than OTHERS I pride myself in endless research on products, but recently took the easy route choosing a Dyson. Although I’d had excellent experience with other Miele products in the past and felt they were a premium brand but decided to buy a dyson V12. Paid over $1100 to amazon and got it in few days. It turns out the dyson is just all about marketing and not engineering. First thing first it was heavy to handle hard to work with and weak to operate. The battery and motor put lot of pressure on your wrist AND you have to hold that tiger to turn it on which makes your arm even hurt more. We’re not past the 1 month return and we decided to return it. Amazon gave us so much trouble but after 2 weeks of fighting, they had to do it. They said we used it and the seller won't return it. Well how should I know if I don't use it? Got this Miele HX2 pro Miele and guess what? It is everything you want in a cordless vacuum. There is 3 different configurations which changes the motor to different positions. In conforth mode specially the vacuum is so light so memorable and so easy to work with. The suction is much more and the vacuum is very well made. It is made in Germany with 5 year warranty. The dyson was made in Malaysia.
Exceeds your expectation The suction and the performance exceed your expectation. Moving the motor head to the bottom is incredibly effective to lower the weight on your hand and wrist. The floor brush is easily removable . We have hairy dogs and time to time we need to clean the dog hair on the roller brush. The air coming out is clean with no bad smell. I really enjoy using it. We also have Miele canister vacuum for years. We love that Miele to. Highly recommend it.
Cleaning professional choice. It is an amazing vacuum with endless features that makes your home clean in no time. My problem is the lack of time. I need quick hassle free clean up without breaking my back. Having 2 kids a dog and consent online meetings, I needed a real professional vacuum with no down time. My cleaning lady recommended Miele and I watched the video and I picked HX2 Pro. It is not cheap but it is everything they say it is. I have 5 year warranty and knowing the Miele is still made in Germany after being on market for over a century, makes you feel good. I vacuum when my kids are in bed and the quiet sound and bright headlight makes it perfect for me. The HEPA filter system on it means no allergens goes back to my kids room. I love it.
Better than HX1 Had a Miele HX1 pro vacuum for 3 years. Love it and used it several times a day, every day. Our pets make this vacuum very useful for us. My daughter had an eye on Miele for while. When the HX2 released I gave her an offer that she couldn't refuse. Gave her our HX1 and I purchased this new HX2 pro for ourself. The HX2 is very very similar to the HX1 but has more suction. I needed to go to number 2 suction settings on the HX1 time to time to pick up cat fur on our rugs, but this HX2 does it on number 1 suction setting very nicely. The other thing is the soft roller brush that comes with the HX2. It is very smooth and gentle on hard floors. I am very happy with Miele and my purchase, my daughter also loves her FREE HX1 vacuum. She use it every day around her newborn baby and I enjoy seeing her clean carpets.
Very happy with Miele I bought the Dyson V12 and didn't like it. I decided to give the Miele HX2 a try. It is a very nice vacuum! The soft brush roll is perfect on my hard floors. The suction is great. I have a dog with short fur that sticks to everything. This vacuum picks it up as easily as my Miele canister vacuum. The headlight is also awesome. I can see all the fur as I'm cleaning. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the battery could last longer and the dust cup could be bigger. This model came with a 2nd battery. So, that is helpful. This vacuum is way better than the cordless Dyson I bought. I'm very happy with Triflex HX2!

It has very good suction, easy to carry, and easy to empty. 2 batteries makes your entire house clean without being worried of running out of the juice.
