The power head comes with a brush obstruction light that flashes when an obstruction hampers the brush roller. The roller then halts its motion, safeguarding the belt, motor, and carpet.
If the brush is set at an incorrect height or if the brush bristles are worn out, a warning light on the powerhead stays illuminated until the issue is addressed.
