Why am I receiving an email/call/text message from the Vacuum Warehouse Fraud Prevention Department?
You've received a message from Vacuum Warehouse because your recent transaction showed unusual shopping characteristics or an elevated risk. Our security team needs to verify the transaction to ensure it was made by the authorized cardholder.
What do I need to do?
Simply confirm the transaction as instructed in the message. Once confirmed, there's nothing more you need to do unless a fraud analyst requests additional information.
Will my order be delayed?
No worries! As soon as we receive your confirmation, your order will be released for processing without any delay.
I didn’t make this transaction, nor did anyone with access to my payment account. What should I do?
If the transaction was unauthorized, contact your credit card company or payment account provider immediately to report the issue. Review your recent transactions to check for any other fraudulent activity. Your financial institution will likely place a hold on future purchases from the compromised card/account and issue a new one for you.
Important Note:
Vacuum Warehouse will never ask you for your full credit card number, social security number, or any other personal information. Stay vigilant and protect your information!
