Excellent experience from start to finish love buying from a Canadian company that offers a quality product. Vacuum was well packed and delivered timely. The vacuum itself is incredible. Easy to use and so quiet but powerful. I had to empty the canister multiple times the fist go because apparently our old vacuum didn’t do a good job at all! I am never going back to Dyson or shark.

Grate machine backed by awesome folks. Yes it's a bit pricey but I have zero regrets. Very powerful and overall brilliantly built vacuum. Only improvement could be the the length of cord that could be longer. The suction control makes your fine cleaning such as computer keyboard cleaning very safe. I use it every day and my home is cleaner than ever. VW sent me a video that shows what to do and not to do before I receive the vacuum. Their demo video made me purchase it in the first place. They are also the warranty centre so in the next 5 years I a covered by them. Love to deal with 1 company for everything ruther to buy from amazon kind of companies where no one answers you and their robot email system sends you to manufacturer for warranty or if you have a questions. Still love to pick up the phone and ask a human when I have a questions. Vacuum Warehouse folks are very friendly and attentive.

Expert choice When I got my new Miele boost vacuum I decided to us it on a freshly vacuumed area rug in my living room, just for fun. Well to my amazement the very small portion I vacuumed left me in complete shock. It has lifted half the container of animal hair my old Dyson vacuum had left behind and was not visible to my eyes or anyone else. My old "Dyson" "died soon" and I had nothing but problems and complaints. My cleaning lady told me to return the Dyson the day I purchased it. She said it is too heavy too loud and has not enough suction. I should have listen to her. But every where I went Dyson advertisement where there. Anyways I learned my lesson. I’m so happy I came across this Miele vacuum cleaner, after my cleaning lady recommended it to me. I watched many videos and read many reviews and found out that Miele is a 120 year German high end company. No wonder they don't advertise, they don't need to. I recommend this Miele to everyone I know.

Finally the perfect vacuum In the past 20 years, I've been down all roads...from Dyson to Sebo to Kenmore and to Shark. Having pets, kids and allergies, I became a vacuum export without knowing it. From above brands, Kenmore was the most reliable one and Dyson was the most overrated expensive and problematic one. I took a chance recently and ordered the Miele CX1 Cat Dog after my cleaning lady convinced me to get the rid of Dyson and buy Miele. She uses it in her other clients and says is the best. Had never been interested in a bagless canister but thought Miele might have pulled it off with the CX1. Here are my thoughts: the suction is second to none...am blown away; the design is very cool; the ease when emptying the bin is wonderful... cleaning the bagless compartment is very easy and putting it all back together is a cinch; again, the suction is a.m.a.z.i.n.g; and, my only complaint is the length of the cord. They have longer cord on their CX1 Blizzard line( More expensive) My dogs shed a ton a day and a good bagless vacuum is a money saver to me. The cleaning and emptying and maintaining the canister works well, as I believe in taking care of things that take care of me. I actually enjoy the process. On the other hand, if you are the person who doesn't have the time or desire to clean something that cleans for you, then go straight for a bagged Miele. In the end, I've never been more happy with a vacuum. Hope this insight helps..

Great Service. This is the top of the line canister vacuum. Does a great job and has many features. Flat surfaces and low pile carpet, no problem. Just remember, if you want to help with air quality in your rooms or you are very dust sensitive , you will have to have a vacuum that uses a bag. I know that’s a pain, but it’s the best way to keep allergens from escaping. I have a Miele vacuum with bag for over 15 years. I say that from experience. I got This boost vacuum for my cottage. We love it as it is light , powerful and quiet. Just like our old Miele, it is very well made and very easy to use. VW helped me to pick model. I could talk with an expert in seconds and they helped me with all my questions. They sent me a video to show me how it works on floors. They shipped fast and free. Much better service than Amazon that there is no one to help customers.

Best choice Quality vacuum. It is smooth and balance while you using it. I love the quiet noise and impressive suction. The hose reaches my high ceiling. The bucket is very easy to empty. I love it. Vacuum warehouse prices was the cheapest and they shipped it in 3 days.

Love it The vacuum is very high quality, high tech and extremely good looking and well made. The suction is amazing and the tools ad attachments are very easy to work with. There are multiple tools and floor heads. 2 different floor heads are very useful to me as I like to use different floor heads on the kitchen and bathrooms. I wish the power cord was longer. Also I wish I had the option of using bag on it. Overall it is the best I have ever had. Made in Germany and 5 year full warranty is a big plus. V Warehouse shipped it free of charge in a timely fashion.

Light and compact You will love the mobility of this feather light Miele. We always had Miele vacuums and appliances back in Netherlands. I remember my mom always had Miele washing machine and vacuums. I lost touch with the brand until recently. Such quality brand and such thoughtful design. You will love the light attachments and high suction. It goes under the bed very easily. Long cord (cord rewinder) is helpful and convenience. Watched their demo video on their site. I recommend you to watch it. Very useful. Love my Miele.

Very good I was nervous to buy it online since I never seen the vacuum it in person. I watched the video that they had online and it looked amazing on the video. When I received it in "in 3 days free of shipping charge" I was amazed with the high quality shipping packaging, High quality material they used to make the vacuum. It looks like a high tech stereo that you want to put it on your living room. Definitely a German engineering at its best. The pieces click together very nicely and and easily. Vacuum Warehouse folks had sent me a set up and maintenance video before I receive the vacuum, so I knew exactly what to do and what not do do with assembly and general maintenance such as emptying etc. The moment I turned it on I fell in love with it. It is quiet, lightweight and dust hungry. My cat hair is nowhere to be seen anymore and the house is mint clean with joy. You enjoy using it. Love it... You will love the light weight, the handling and the thoughtful design of this compact and shik vacuum. Miele has nailed it with this outstanding design. You feel the vacuum is an extension of your arm. It moves and glides so smoothly and quietly than you actually enjoy the cleaning work. The floor brush is amazing and the turbo brush is very effective. I always knew Miele supposed to be the best in Germany but I always though it is very expensive. I spent more on a dyson cordless vacuum which is good for nothing. It pisses me off that I spent almost a grand on that useless dyson just because of the great advertisement. Buy this miele boost and you are going to love it.

The best vacuum I have ever had We always had Miele appliances and vacuums in Europe as far as I remember. I moved in Canada 10 years ago and I have gone through at least 10 vacuums in 10 years. The last one was an expensive heavy and bulky dyson. I did not like any of my vacuums as they all had their own problems. Finally I came across this Miele vacuum online. Watched their video and ordered it online. I wish I wouldn't spend all those money on varios of vacuums in last 10 years. This Miele reminded me of good old German quality that we have always had. Vacuum follows you like your pet. The wand is light and tall and the motor is quiet and powerful. I have to reduce the suction most of the times as it lifts my carpet from the floor. The attachments are very good quality and handy. The only thing is the dirth cup capacity. If you live in a big house with 2 cats like me, you need to empty it every other use. Emptying it is easy but still I would like a larger cup. Very happy with vacuum warehouse staff. They will answer all of your questions even months after you purchase it.

Excellent Vacuum I love everything about it. The vacuum is very powerful, very light and very balanced to move around. The suction can be controlled and the bucket is very easy to empty. I give it 4 star because I think the cord could be longer. If I had only 10 f longer cord, I could vacuum the h whole apartment without unplugging and replugging the cord. Overall it is the best vacuum that I have ever used. The 5 year warranty and the free shipping and their video made me buy it.

Excellent Vacuum I have cats and dogs and kids. I don't have much carpets in the house but I have to deal with lot of pet hair. I got this miele vacuum after watching vacuum warehouse video. I can confirm that this vacuum is as good as advertised. The vacuum pick up hair, dirt and anything on the floors with the first stroke. Th light weight floor tool allows quick change from floors to rugs. The canister is very handy and easy to empty. I also appreciate the long cord. The unit is also very cute and modern looking. I love it and recommend it to anyone with pets.

Two thumbs up I have it only for 2 weeks and I am loving it already. My old dyson vacuum was so heavy, bulky and awkward to use. This vacuum is like miracle compare to my old one. The quiet sound allows you to hear the sound of stuff that you vacuum. It sounds like music to my ears, specially knowing that how much dir was left behind with the old vacuum. You will love the light hose and wand and the way everything twists and turns around the furniture. Rod helped me with all my questions after I received it. He is very knowledgeable and patient.

Just buy it I came from a big house with a central vacuum to my new Codo. Over past 40 years, I had them all. Electrolux, Filter-queen, Kenmore and dyson. I am a clean freak and my house should always be spotless. I have no doubt that this little miele vacuum is by far the best i have ever had. My last vacuum (dyson) goes right at recycling bin. This new miele is unbelievably easy to work with. It is powerful, user friendly and super light. I smell no dust after vacuuming. The long cord and extended wand is very useful. It has 5 year warranty. People in vacuum warehouse, know what are they selling. Watch their videos, you learn everything about the product.
