• Does it come with a carpet tool?
  No. The Kombi nozzle is a combination head for bare floors and flat rugs, with a foot toggle to extend the bristles for hardwood. There's no motorized carpet tool, which is why it suits hard-floor homes.
• Can it handle pet hair?
  Light amounts. On hardwood and tile the hair sits loose so the suction lifts it easily, and on flat rugs it manages light shedding. A heavy shedder will go through bags quickly, so call us first.
• What's the AIRBELT?
  It's the soft foam bumper wrapped around the front of the machine. Combined with rubber-coated wheels, it means the canister can knock into a baseboard or a chair leg without leaving a scuff.
• Will my warranty be honoured in Canada?
