Terms:

• ShipShield Insurance covers theft, damage, and loss of items during transit.
• In the event of damage, you must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the item. You also need to provide photos of the damage to the item. We will process a return label and once we received the original shipment we willship a replacement of the damaged item.
• In the event of a lost package, you must inform us in writing by email or chat within 24 hours of the indicated "delivery" status on the tracking.
• Claims must be reported within24 hours of the expected delivery date.
• Certain exclusions and limitations may apply. Please refer to our terms and conditions for full details
• Coverage Limitations: The insurance coverageis limited on the maximum reimbursementof a value not exceeding the order value.
• Proof of Loss: In the event of a claim, you may be required to provide proof of loss, such as photographs of damaged items, original purchase receipts, or a written statement detailing the circumstances of the loss.
