Terms:
- ShipShield Insurance covers theft, damage, and loss of items during transit.
- In the event of damage, you must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the item. You also need to provide photos of the damage to the item. We will process a return label and once we received the original shipment we willship a replacement of the damaged item.
- In the event of a lost package, you must inform us in writing by email or chat within 24 hours of the indicated "delivery" status on the tracking.
- Claims must be reported within24 hours of the expected delivery date.
- Certain exclusions and limitations may apply. Please refer to our terms and conditions for full details
- Coverage Limitations: The insurance coverageis limited on the maximum reimbursementof a value not exceeding the order value.
- Proof of Loss: In the event of a claim, you may be required to provide proof of loss, such as photographs of damaged items, original purchase receipts, or a written statement detailing the circumstances of the loss.

Delivery was without incident and the product arrived on time. It was handy being able to track the order. I purchased the extra insurance given the cost of the vacuum. Although it turned out to not be needed, it was handy 'just in case'.
Miele vacuums are the best. My first one lasted over ten years and still works great just my accessories are very worn. So I bought a whole new vacuum because of the great sale price! I tell all my friends they need a Miele vacuum because they a so quiet and get the job done.

It was easy to buy considering the vacuum shipped from Canada to the USA. When the price dropped, I asked and got the difference. It was as a great experience. BTW Inenjoued the video you made of running over the vacuums with a truck and dropping it down a tall set of stairs. Our previous Miele now in the garage for my outside clean up is 30 years old and still going strong.
